Stellar Life Coaching

Curiosity is the first step of any change. Through deep, thought-provoking conversations, we cultivate the awareness you need to understand who you’ve been and where you want to go.

The magic of coaching isn’t just in our weekly sessions—it’s in what you do every day. You will receive customized tasks and exercises designed to support your growth. These could include worksheets, readings, or specific action steps to implement.

The only way out is through. Emotional processing is about moving stagnant energy – the energy that blocks you from fully experiencing life. This work requires focused and intentional time to connect with your body, mind, and emotions. We facilitate deep work through retreats, events, and Breathwork.

You are not locked into a 1-hour window. You can book your appointment for 1, 2, or 3 hours. Whatever you need when you need it! Office hours include access to evening and weekend appointments.

The real magic isn’t what happens in session – it is what happens between sessions! Virtual access to your coach provides you with critical between-session support via text, phone calls, and email for up to 30 minutes without using your sessions.

We offer flexible payment plans to accommodate your needs. Be sure to bring all your questions about payment plans or any money-related concerns to your coach during your free consultation. If you are committed to doing your work, we are committed to supporting you.
